| Business Card Buyers Guide
Business cards are one of your most important marketing tools. They tell potential
customers who you are, what you do, and how to buy from you. Most business card
printers charge the same for 4/0 and 4/1, so try to utilize the second side as often as
possible. Use the back side to describe some of the features of your website or product,
name a few tips and tricks of your trade, or simply print a more detailed description of
what your company does. Then distribute as many business cards as possible. You
don’t have to limit yourself to handing business cards out at sales appointments. Put
them in the envelope with a sales letter to give a preprinted letter a more personal touch.
Give a stack of your business cards to a complementary business partner and offer taking
a stack of theirs. That way if a potential customer asks them where they can go to get
your product or service, the other company can give them one of your business cards.
Using green, or environmentally friendly, products is another good marketing tool.
People are starting to realize that our natural resources may not be around for as long as
originally thought. Recycled paper products can help you fill your environmental
obligations while boosting your company’s good will. Recycled printing papers have
come a long way from the original dingy-looking, thin papers we had not that long ago.
Most recycled printing papers are now indistinguishable from their unrecycled
counterparts.
